Front-page news in today's local paper: [place] no longer has the single worst local authority in the country. Somewhere else does instead. [Place], by contrast, now has a one-star rating (out of four), which it shares with one other place. So it's the joint second-worst then, from 151. Local paper goes on: 'getting there... at last [...] [Place] finally has lift-off [...] A very important result for us.'
