Blight, Mildew, and Smut













Question. What is the World?
Answer. The earth we live on.
Q. Who made it?
A. The great and good God.
Q. Are there not many things in it you would like to know about?
A. Yes, very much.
Q. Pray, then, what is bread made of?
A. Flour.
Q. What is flour?
A. Wheat ground into powder by the miller.
Q. What injury is wheat liable to?
A. To three kinds of diseases, called blight, mildew, and smut.
