Priorities? Maybe they've realised that perspex is the new cement and plan to tear down the Cemex plant in favour of a nice Tesco Express. Or, given that South Ferriby is close to the epicentre of last month's earthquake, perhaps the tremor shook all the letters into the wrong positions. I think this is the most likely explanation. Before the quake the sign read Ritiseorip, which obviously makes more sense.
